PaperCut MF scans directly to Square 9’s Document Management Solution (DMS)!

The Selectec Square 9 Email Gateway is the missing link that collects your scans from PaperCut MF embedded and processes them into Square 9’s GlobalCapture and GlobalSearch products.

How does it work?

As a piece of middleware, the gateway receives and routes your scans to the correct workflow process. Receiving the scans via email, the solution can act as an email server (with forwarding capabilities) and/or poll individual email accounts hosted elsewhere in your organisation.

Setup is easy using a web-based portal and it can be working in just a few clicks.
