New print delivery options

Empower your customers with PaperCut Hive’s new print delivery options, designed to eliminate reliance on print servers, always-on clients, or additional infrastructure. These new protocols allow MFDs to pull print jobs directly from the Cloud Node or a local Hive Client on the network, ensuring a secure and seamless print experience while improving reliability and simplifying IT management.

Initially launching on Lexmark and Kyocera (with Ricoh shortly after), followed by other manufacturers later in the year.

Okta SSO Configuration

We're making it even easier for customers to configure Okta as an authentication provider in PaperCut Hive.

Administrators can select Okta from the authentication setup wizard, right alongside Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID, and find a setup page where everything matches the configuration fields from their Okta admin interface.
