Basingstoke, Hampshire, UK — Select Technology Ltd (selectec), a leading distributor of software including the market-leading PaperCut and its own scanning solution selectSCAN, is pleased to announce the addition of a new member to our Professional Services Team as a Professional Services Engineer, Matthew Smith.
Matthew Smith (Matt) has been working as a technical analyst for the last ten years with a Xerox concessionaire. While in this role he was responsible for both pre- and post-sales support as well as installation work. His skill set ranged from being a subject matter expert on Xerox hardware/software including ConnectKey Apps/Scanning/Accounting, PrintSafe, Xerox MobilePrint solution to systems like EFI colour managed workflow, both office and production. He is also was confident with scanning applications such as ScanFlowStore and eCopy. During his time working with Xerox equipment, he was always impressed with the ease of use of the PaperCut solution and that lead to his successful job application with us.
