Need some help with Drivve Image Support? No worries we have you covered.
When getting in touch, it helps our support team if you can also provide the unique customer reference number and the email address used to register the software. These details allow us to work out what the client is licensed for and will speed up the support process. To find this information easily:
Step 1
Start the Drivve | Image configuration program and then on the Tools menu, click Licenses.
Step 2
The licensing wizard is started, click Next.
Step 3
After having started the licensing wizard, proceed as follows:
The customer number and the email address are displayed on screen in the middle section.

Where do I find the license file? What is the name of the license file?
The license file also contains your customers number and the email address used for registering with Drivve.
This can be found in: <APP PATH>\Drivve\Drivve Image\DrivveOSALicenses.xml
