D Reminder is a free Windows tool that connects to PaperCut MF, works out who has a Primary ID, a Secondary ID or both, and emails each person their own number. If someone doesn’t have an ID yet, it can create a random, unique one and save it in PaperCut for them.
We first built ID Reminder in 2017. It borrowed PaperCut’s own email settings and quietly did its job for years, until Microsoft and Google switched off plain username-and-password email. Version 2.0 is a complete rebuild for the way email works now.
